George is an experienced finance/investment professional adept in creating, advising and managing private equity funds; setting up and advising businesses across diverse markets and sectors, with a deep understanding of research techniques, financial analysis, due-diligence, business management, restructuring, recovery and strategic development.
Acting as a ‘business partner’ and main contact with senior management and their advisors, he has applied private equity and corporate finance processes and disciplines to create value. Throughout his career, he has undertaken deal origination, detailed strategic assessments, planned and implemented strategic development, exit optimisation and briefing investors.
